I had a pleasant stay at Vrest Hotel with its bright and clean atmosphere, although the windowless room was a surprising downside. The pebble flooring in the bathroom proved uncomfortable after some time, but the indoor slippers helped a lot. Overall, the hotel's friendly staff and convenient location made my experience enjoyable. 🌟

The Superior Double Room was bright and clean but lacked windows, which was unexpected. The pebble flooring in the bathroom was a bit painful to stand on for long periods.
Service

The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay, which added a personal touch to the experience.
Location

Vrest Hotel is located in a quieter area, but it's still within walking distance to Jonker Street and close to various dining options.
Dining

Although I didn't dine in, I noticed there were many nearby eateries, including local favorites, which added to the convenience.

The hotel provided water dispensers on every floor, which was convenient, though it lacks a lift for easy access to upper floors.

I had a pleasant getaway at Vrest Hotel in Malacca, mainly due to the friendly staff and the location that’s just a stone's throw from many attractions. However, I faced a few maintenance issues with my room, including the air conditioning and bathroom cleanliness, which detracted from the overall experience.

Rooms

I stayed in a Superior Double Room which was bright and clean, but I encountered some issues with the air conditioning and the bathroom floor was quite hard to stand on. The lack of a kettle or fridge was a slight inconvenience, but the provided indoor slippers were helpful. Overall, the room served its purpose but could use some improvements.
Service
8.0
The staff were consistently friendly, always smiling, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome. They were especially accommodating when I needed assistance. However, I did notice that there wasn't much help offered when I mentioned some cleanliness issues.
Location
9.0
Vrest Hotel is strategically located near many eateries and attractions like Jonker Street, which made it easy for me to explore the area. Though I initially felt it was a bit far from some attractions, I ended up appreciating how close it was to convenient amenities.
Dining

While I didn’t dine at the hotel, there were plenty of nearby eateries and the community fridge in the lobby was a nice touch, allowing me to store my snacks.
Facilities

The hotel provided basic amenities, but I did notice housekeeping could be improved in terms of the cleanliness of the towels and bathroom. The lobby had cute decorations and a cozy atmosphere, which I enjoyed while waiting.

I had a pleasant stay at Vrest Hotel, with a convenient location near many food spots, though the lack of a lift and some minor bathroom discomforts were downsides. Overall, the friendly service and cleanliness stood out! 🌟

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room, and while I loved the big, comfy bed and clean bathroom, the air conditioning directly above the bed made it a bit too chilly for me at times. The provided slippers were a nice touch for the bathroom floor's pebble design, as standing on it for long periods was quite uncomfortable.
Service
9.0
The staff at Vrest Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me whenever I needed anything, making my stay much more comfortable. Their positive attitude really added to the overall experience! 😊
Location

The hotel's location was fantastic, with numerous eateries, a gym, and a convenience store all within a short walking distance. Although it isn’t very close to the city center, Jonker Street is only about a 2km walk away, which was still convenient.
Dining

I didn't dine at the hotel, but there were plenty of nearby dining options with juicy steaks and local favorites available. It was great to have so many choices just a short stroll away.
Facilities

The hotel offered basic facilities like in-room slippers, clean shower areas, and a community fridge in the lobby. However, I did miss having a kettle and fridge in my room.

My stay at Vrest Hotel was enjoyable thanks to its very friendly staff and convenient location, just minutes away from multiple eateries and shops. However, there were a few drawbacks, such as the absence of a lift, making it challenging with heavy luggage, and the need for better air conditioning.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which featured a huge bed with comfortable pillows. However, the air conditioning was overly freezing for my taste, especially with it blowing directly onto the bed. The bathroom, while clean, had a floor that was a bit uncomfortable to stand on for long periods.
Service
9.0
The staff was incredibly accommodating, both during the day and at night. They were always smiling and ready to assist with any items I needed, which definitely enhanced my experience.
Location

The hotel's location was super convenient, with a gym only a three-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants and shops, including 7-Eleven and a local kopitiam, all within a minute's stroll. However, while it was near several attractions, I felt like it was a bit far from Jonker Street.
Dining
8.0
In terms of dining options, there were many eateries nearby, offering a range of local foods which I appreciated during my stay. While I didn’t use the hotel's dining facilities directly, the available local options were fantastic.
Facilities
7.0
The absence of a lift could be an issue for those with heavy luggage or elderly guests, and the bathroom could use some improvements for comfort, like a less painful floor to stand on. However, the hotel offered a community fridge and nice decorative touches in the lobby.

I enjoyed my stay at Vrest Hotel, thanks to its convenient location and friendly staff. However, I did find some aspects that could use improvement, such as the lack of a lift and the air conditioning issues. Overall, it was a decent experience, especially for a short visit.

Rooms

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room which had a very big bed with comfortable pillows and sheets. But, the air conditioning was too cold for my liking, and the bathroom floor is a bit tough to stand on. Slippers were provided, which was nice. I also missed having a fridge or kettle in the room.
Service

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, both during the day and at night. They were always ready to assist me with anything I needed, which really made my stay more pleasant.
Location

The location is fantastic. It's so close to a gym, 7-11, restaurants, and even a laundry mart, all within a minute’s walk. It made grabbing food or running errands super easy. Plus, it was about a 10-minute walk to Jonker Street and other attractions.
Dining
8.0
I didn’t dine at the hotel, but there were plenty of eateries nearby, so I had no trouble finding great food. The local food scene around the hotel was vibrant and offered many options.
Facilities
7.0
While I appreciated the clean and comfortable environment, the hotel lacks a lift, making it difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Also, the community fridge in the lobby was a nice touch, though I had hoped for more in-room amenities.
